Project of an ERPI, to be built in Quinta da Calçada in Vila Franca de Xira.

Located on a plot of land of about 38,000 m², 20 minutes from Lisbon with excellent access (A10), (A1), (A9). The land has 3 water wells and space for the installation of photovoltaic panels, allowing this Unit to be self-sustainable.

This Residential Structure consists of 44 rooms, 11 singles and 33 doubles, with capacity for 77 permanent residents.

The building has about 5,000 m2 of gross floor area and was planned to provide its residents with comfort, well-being, and healthcare.

The Project includes a Physical Rehabilitation Center with consultation rooms, treatment rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and gym. This space also has an independent entrance and can be open to the general community, with an initial parking lot planned with about 50 spaces.

It has received "Favorable Opinions" from the Social Security Institute (ISS), the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority (ANPC), the Public Health Unit (ARS-LVT Tejo Estuary), the Air Force Headquarters (EMFA), Infrastructures of Portugal (IP) and the Vila Franca de Xira Municipal Council.

There is also the possibility of expansion and construction of an additional 13,650.00 m² (see annex Adanaia-Previsão.pdf).
