I'm selling a plot of land next to the national road 244 and approximately 1km from Galveias.

On it there is a tank with capacity for 16m3 of water, a storage compartment and a house of around 20m2.
We also have a borehole, electricity, olive trees and persimmon trees.
The land is all fenced off with concrete posts and netting.
There is the possibility of building housing with the entry into force of the new housing law on rustic land.
