This plot of 3900m2 is surrounded only by nature, with the main road at 300 meters, with access by a dirt road in good condition. The nearest village, Alfrivida, is a 5-minute drive away, and the town of Castelo Branco is 30 minutes away.

This eucalyptus, not being an autochthonous species, was uprooted, still remaining on the ground to use the wood for heating.

Along the land we can also find about 30 centenary olive trees and a 40-year-old vineyard, both in the 2nd year of biological conversion, as well as native trees, Loureiros, Quince, Elder, Strawberry, Bramble, Fig, Almond, Pomegranate and Pines.

Existence of a ruin where the former home of the primary owner of the land used to be, and a small warehouse to store agricultural implements.
