Being outside the urban agglomeration of Vale da Pinta, in Agrícola da RAN, and partially integrated in the area of the National Ecological Reserve (REN), it appears that the buildability in the building is not likely to be made possible, due to the following conditions:

1. The buildings are in their entirety in the agricultural area of the RAN, so any construction in this area can only be made possible with the favorable opinion of the Regional Entity of the Agricultural Reserve of Lisbon and the Tagus Valley (ERRALVT), for a non-agricultural use of the land, since the Legal Regime of the RAN (RJRAN) applies to it, Decree-Law No.º 73/2009 of March 31, in its current wording;

2. The buildings are partially in the area of the National Ecological Reserve (REN), so the Legal Regime of REN, Decree-Law No. º 166/2008, of August 22, in its current wording, applies to them, which implies that any construction in this area can only be made possible with the favorable opinion of the Regional Coordination and Development Commission of Lisbon and Tagus Valley (CCDRLVT);

3. As the building is crossed by a water line, any procedure subject to Article 4º of the RJUE (Decree-Law No. º 555/99, of December 16, in its current wording) in this area, must be preceded by that provided for in Art.º 13º-B of this legal act, with a view to the opinion of the APA - Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente.
