The villa is located in the Municipality of Porto Moniz, Northern part of Madeira, where the nature of its mountains and village is visited by tourists and residents, predominates the laurel forest of Madeira rose to the quality of World Heritage of Unesco in December 1999, trees and shrubs that compose it never lose their leaf.
