The house was renovated in 2022 (renovation cost around 100,000 EUR).

Ground floor – 200m² in total: space for 6 cars, a bathroom, a room (for us, it was a music room for our son), an area for all machines – washing/drying machines, heating system, solar panel batteries, electrical panels; there is also a hallway where you can store many things. There is an entrance with an automatic gate and doors – one to the garden and one to the upper floor directly to the house.

The sun-facing roof is fully equipped with solar panels (solar exposure from 7am to 9pm daily).

1st floor (main house) 200m² in total – 4 entrances: 3 doors and a French door from the main bedroom. Currently, we have 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a shower and bathroom. Additionally, this bedroom has an entrance to the walk-in closet (made from a separate bedroom) through a barn-style door (an amazing handmade wooden door).
