Farm in Beringel:

The Portuguese village of Beringel is located in Baixo Alentejo, in clay lands, on the left bank of the Galego River, a tributary of the Sado River and is the only village in the municipality of Beja, from which it is eleven kilometers away. It is one of the most emblematic parishes of Beja, being famous for its pottery.

This village is surrounded by countryside, next to it we can find the Pisão dam and five kilometers away the recently created fluvial beach of Cinco Reis. On this beach one can enjoy refreshing baths and also bird watch.

Some of Beringel's points of interest are the primary school and a private college.

The farm is located on a street in the outskirts of Beringel, has 38000 m2 of clay land already cleaned, 4 boreholes with water and is within the irrigation perimeter of the Alqueva dam, having already a hydrant. The land is fully fenced and has the ideal conditions for the plantation of irrigated crops and for the implantation of greenhouses.

Besides the land, the farm has two houses, one totally recovered with 110m2 and another one under construction. The one that was recovered, has a living room with a view to the land and plain, equipped kitchen, fireplace typically from Alentejo, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has good finishings, insulation and a solar panel.

Next to the houses we can find an educational vegetable garden, and a path that connects to the pool, bordered by centennial olive trees.
